The Lake property has 20x20 cabin site with 3 years of effort already put into the project. With deep rock and concrete foundations we have put a lot of effort into this land. Property over looks a horseshoe lake with returning trumperter swans, muskrats and beaver. Land has fresh water outlet nearby year around. This remote land has an outfitted Trappers cabin and log outhouse. Property also maintains small photovoltaic system. This remote property could be subdivided into multiple properties if desired. It lies 1/4 mile from main Cabin site.

The OriginalCabin from around 1974 was built by Paul and Nanette Woodman. That cabin collapsed and I burned the remains to make way for the new cabin in progress.

Trappers Cabin is built from foundation of an old storage barn

This remote site has had for many years the "trappers" cabin and is outfitted and ready to be inhabited once again. Over the years I have often used this cabin for my Dog Mushing friends  and for the occaisional helpers we have hired. It even has its own photovoltaic system for electrical power.
